Taking care, developing and maintaining customer relations. Handling room reservations. We may also use the register for invoicing as well as informing our customers about our services.

Company name, business ID, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Name, social security number, address, telephone number, e-mail, nationality and other information needed to maintain customer relations.

6. Storage duration:

The Hotel does not store personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes of providing the services. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the purposes of processing. The maximum period may therefore vary per use.

7. Regular source of information:

From our customers themselves when contacting us or making room reservations. From the passage card completed when checking-in to the hotel.

We do not share, sell or transfer personal data outside our company.

The personal data is kept secure and protected  against any unauthorized access. Only Hotel Maakunta staff and web service provider Mainostoimisto Synergia have access to the information and they all are bound by professional secrecy.

11. Right to check and correct the data and other rights:

Everybody has the right to check their personal data and if needed request to correct the information. Requests can be addressed to Hotel Maakunta Forssa Oy by telephone,  e-mail or personally.
